I purchased five DVDs, including the 3100 series, but ended up getting getting a credit back instead of the 3100 DVD. I didn’t get an explanation for why. Why wouldn’t you send me the DVD I ordered?
Hi. This is disappointing. I also purchased the subscription for the purpose is watching full episodes. Why isn’t this provided?
I can’t figure out how to watch the videos and not just the previews. Am I missing something? I purchased a one month all access pass for a special price to see if I like it. So far I’m not successful in viewing any full episodes.

For contractual reasons, the episodes from Love of Quilting Series 3100 will not be available in the subscription until 2020. To watch the full episode you are looking for, your best bet is to purchase the season on DVD or check your local PBS listings to see when the episode will be on the air again.
